Wow!!! Where do I begin with this review. Every title that Umemaro puts out just gets hotter and hotter. From the level of detail on the characters such as Dr. Sugimoto's very sexy body, and the very realistic movements. What I really like about Umemaro's movies is the fact that he lets the movie become yours, almost as if you get to direct it yourself, with all of the options that are allowed such as the different sex positions, looping video, and different angles. You're sure to find something you like without looking very hard. The other thing is the sound quality. Everything is synced up perfectly from slurping sounds during oral sex to bodies slapping together during intercourse. Anything that Umemaro does is just simply perfect, I have nothing negative to say about this title other then the fact I wish it could go on forever. Highly, Highly recommended!!! My suggestion is to stop reading this and go make your purchase!!!

For those of you not familiar with any Umemaro 3D works, I strongly recommend you pick up his last three projects. (Lewd consultation, Twin succubus, Game of Lascivity) If for no other reason then to see how this man has tighten up not just skills as a developer but as a story teller. This new project stars maybe my favorite Umemaro female character. The eye popping big breast, lovely tan skin, sexy smile, cute ass, Doctor Sugimoto!!!

The good Dr has a sure cure for you and all she wants in return is hot beef injection! From the very start, the voice acting done by Sayaka Kazuna is huge turn on, She never tries to oversell it. It is timed more perfectly with the scene (as you unlock them) then with any possible lip-sync problems some one always seems to find. (I never look or care that much) The movements, reactions and texture display of the characters are much better in this one. The Dr jiggles in all the right places, she sweats, she even tears up. Some may not like the way Umemaro makes his characters proportions but they have been his trademark for some time and they shine in this mini movie. There are a few surprises waiting for those who want more after you go through some scenes the first few times. Some have complained about this in the past. Bottom line is his works are so good, going back through isn't so bad. This time you can pick up at the start of certain scenes with a little trial and error and open up them all. As one of the few developers who gives us subtitles, whose dialog is a real treat here, not too much talking is going on here. Another plus!

I really have to hand it to Umemaro this time. This product is not as big as his last release. However by him scaling down the line up of characters, putting more focus on "one on one" scenarios and reworking his 3D motion mechanics and looks, he has a real winner here. This is a "Must Have" product on this site.

Umemaro always releases amazing 3D games and mini movie packages. Dr. Sugimoto is no different. In this package, you progress through the movie scenes by unlocking each scene in the previous section. Once all of the scenes are unlocked, you can move on to the next. When you've unlocked every scene in every section, you will be treated with a nice surprise at the end.

Another feather in Umemaro's cap!

If you downloaded the previous game from Umemaro (Game of Lascivity) and was disappointed with the long story line and difficult access to the sex scenes, you won't be disappointed with this one. Dr. Sugimoto comes back in this installment of Umemaro's lineup of CG movies, and boy does she deliver.

There is almost no story with this game, much like most of Umemaro's other works. There are plenty of scenes, and plenty of different ways you can interact with the good Dr. You do have to unlock scenes, but a couple of playthroughs and a quick Google search can easily help you unlock all the scenes.

Despite the slightly lower display (pixel) quality than the most recent of his work, anyone who is a fan of Dr. Sugimoto will NOT be disappointed. Ever since Lewd Consultation room, she has been my favorite Umemaro girl, and this game cements her position as #1. If you are a fan of Umemaro, you HAVE to get this game. It highlights his continuing improvement as an artist, and makes me all the more excited for his next work.

This Umemaro product is fantastic. I've never been so turned on by a CG character more than the good doctor.
You might need a little help unlocking all of the scenes as I did. To which case I just googled the title and found some forums that helped. The game looks stunning. God I wish all my PS3 games looked this good.
Voice acting is superb even for the little bit of dialogue that there is, I also cant wait for the English voice version as I thought that voice actress was also great.
If you haven't yet, download it. You won't be disappointed!

Umemaro 3D is the standard by which all other #D works are judged. If you like 3D, female domination, handjobs, blowjobs, anal and vaginal intercourse, you can't miss this work.
