Nope, it's a fan project. And it's pretty good, you can download it from creator's website. And I'm glad that it will be on steam - more exposure and I won't have to download a new version every time there is an update.

It'll be free then since i doubt they can make money from a licence they don't own, still kinda hope they would make achievements but eh
