    why should you see it ? It is only some bytes and the windows key.

    i have another oa3.bin but it can't work on my tp470, i would like to compare to study the different

    When the OEM injects the key into the UEFI a hardware hash (and other info) is sent to the Microsoft Activation Servers.
    You can't re-use any of these keys...
