I would like to play AliceSoft's distribution free declaration software, 18-ban RPG "Tournament of the Gods 2, Toushin-Toshi 2".

After downloading the 4 files, create a new holder such as "Anex86" on your desktop etc. and put them all together.

After putting it together, unzip it with free software such as 7-zip.
 
Move the unzipped file somewhere else
 

HD image creation and formatting

 

First, double-click Anex86.exe on Anex86
Check local at the bottom. It will be written in Japanese.
Click Start and you should see a no disk message, so press the ok button to close it.
 
Create a blank hard disk from the "作成　new"  button
When you specify the save location, give it a name so that it is easy to understand.　Here, it is anex86t2 and saved in the Anex86 folder.
FreeDos is 1.2MB and Tournament of the Gods 2 is 13.2MB, but if you install it, it may become larger, so select 40M.
 
Load FREEDOS98 fd98_2hd.img into FDD1 with anex86t2.hdi inserted in HDD1 (do not use fd98_144.img).
 
When you press start, you will see a screen like this

Copy and paste to HD

 

 
Start DiskExplorer (editdisk.exe in editd169)
 
Open fd98_2hd.img as a plain image in DiskExplorer At the same time,
Open anex86t2.hdi (HD) on anex86 HDD with DiskExplorer
Paste all the contents of fd98_2hd.img to anex86t2.hdi (HD).（編集＞すべて選択　Drag and drop ）
Overwrite everything
Close both Disk Explorers
 

 

Install Toshin Toshi 2 on HD & start the game

 

 
Start Anex86
Set anex86t2.hdi (HD) in HDD1 and press the start button.
Set DISK01.HDM of TT2_98 to FDD1
Check if it recognizes

Start Anex86
Set anex86t2.hdi (HD) in HDD1 and press the start button.

Supplement 1 If there is a bug on the way

According to the manual, try reducing the numbers in files and buffers in fdconfig.sys.

Rewrite fdconfig.sys in anex86t2.hdi (HD) using DiskExplorer
Open fdconfig.sys with DiskExplorer, select "extract and save"  from the "right-click menu". Save in a suitable place。

Open by editing, reduce the numbers of files and buffers, save by overwriting　Overwrite it by dragging and dropping with DiskExplorer

Supplement 2 Automatic startup

 

To dedicate anex86t2.hdi (HD) to Tournament of the Gods 2？Rewrite AUTEXEC.BAT in anex86t2.hdi (HD) using DiskExplorer
Open anex86t2 in Disk Explorer, right-click and select Extract and Save. Save in a suitable place.
Open the saved AUTEXEC.BAT by editing, add the following statement to and save it.
