Once Chariot is certain that her two students are all right and resting, she leaves Alcor to look after them and takes the dragon with her to see Miranda.

From there, it’s a long explanation as she recounts what Akko had told her happened the night before, as well as her request not to re-seal the dragon.

Though understandably shocked that such strange events had occurred and gotten students involved, Miranda is glad the girls were taken care of, and agrees to find an alternative solution for the dragon. But for the time being, Chariot is permitted to keep an eye on it, since it had already grown comfortable around her.

She then privately seeks out Akko’s and Diana’s friends, who by this point in the day, are all fretting and asking questions about where they could possibly be. After calling Lotte, Sucy, Hannah and Barbara into her office, Chariot explains everything, and that the other two are presently resting in the New Moon Tower.

It’s a hectic day full of confusion and relief, but at the very least it’s all positive.
