『たわわ』『宇崎ちゃん』は自主規制根拠が明示されてんだよね。そもそも広告には媒体側の審査規定があるので法律以上に厳しいのは当たり前なんだけど、新聞広告、あるいは献血にかかる広告にはより高い倫理規定が設けられてんだよ。

法律では違法ではないが法律以上の規則で違反とされているからおかしい。その規則がなにかは具体的に明示できない。
