15th International Symposium of Plant Virus Epidemiology

“Epidemiology and management of plant viruses under a changing climate”

5th-8th June, 2022

CSIC, Madrid, SPAIN

Plant virus diseases are a strong constraint for both yield and quality of crops worldwide. New viruses and other plant-pathogens emerge regularly, and thus constantly challenge food security. Recent work concerning the etiology and diagnosis, diversity, ecology and evolution, virus-vector interactions and management of virus-borne diseases under a changing climate will be the main topics covered in this new Symposium. Furthermore, we will include original contributions on the epidemiology of other vector-borne pathogens that have caused great severe epidemics in recent years (e.g. Xylella fastidiosa and C. Liberibacter spp.)
