ほぼ経営破綻していて、留学生に頼って税金から金を引っ張るような大学をどんどん潰せばいいんですよ。少子化なのに大学が減らないのはおかしい。それで経営出来ているという事は、どこかからお金がザクザク舞い込んで来るから。それで、学生に経営や経済を教えているんだから笑かすな。

USSR and then Russia (maybe with a small gap after the collapse of the USSR in 1991, but definitely again once Putin was appointed interim president in 1999) have always operated sophisticated societal subversion programs.

クレムリンのプロパガンダを先取りするのはそれほど難しいことではないので、脳に感染することはありませんが、政府は機敏で創造的であり、平時を含め、常に情報戦に積極的に対応する必要があります。米国政府は1991年以来全体的にかなり油断していました。

It's not even that hard to preempt Kremlin propaganda so it doesn't infect our brains, but it requires our government to be agile & creative, willing to respond to information warfare at all times, including during peacetime. US government overall has been pretty naive since 1991
