One of the biggest controversies in all of sports is the BCS ranking system. Determining which football squads deserve to go to a bowl game is no easy task. Over here at Complex though, we're not so into crunching winning percentages or determining who had to the toughest schedule to decide which schools deserve to be among the top in the nation. All we do is peep the hottest cheerleading and dance squads. That's right, girls in mini skirts, spandex, and short shorts showing off their pom poms. This year there's even a Playmate on a cheer sqaud! 20. Baylor

Bikini shots? Nice. All the dudes in the picture? Not so much. Our advice: Lose 'em and you'll rank higher next year.

'Ol girl is cute but we had to include this one based on hilarity factor alone. Peep dude trying to spit game right in the in middle of things. Guess there are some benefits to being a male on the cheer squad. On second thoughts, scratch that. #notworthit
