After ~10 days Amazon prepared my bulk download of all the data they have about me. With 70+ individual download links. Pretty sure they just told me to fuck myself.

End result: 86MiB of data in 123 zip files. To be fair, the actual data I care about in stuff like "Retail.OrderHistory.1.zip" looks fairly complete and is in reasonable formats.

As if this isn't insulting enough, I got rate limited while downloading mine. I had to log back in about 2/3 of the way through. I guess they don't expect human beings to actually sit there and process their BS. So ... don't click too quickly?

...Oh that's a clever idea! But no, it's not. Goodreads has their own export independent of Amazon. Too bad, Goodreads seems to have truly lost my data.

The Music team did a pretty good job with their export. The Kindle team clearly told us where we can stick it.
