And I'm saying this from Kharkiv. I think I saw more virulently anti-Russian views here than anywhere else in the country. The sense of betrayal here, of 'how could they possibly do this to *us*', is incredible.
The amount of animosity from the average Ukrainian towards the average Russian is already huge and growing more with every single new airstrike, every new civilian death. The effects of this war will last for generations.
Something I've noticed over the past week or so here: almost every Ukrainian I spoke to has made it clear that they blame not only Putin, but the average Russian as much (or more) for this war. The view is: we overthrew our corrupt government, and they accept their murderous one.
Only part that was truly kinda scary was seeing the first guy with the gun come through the door and thinking, man, I really hope this guy is Ukrainian

The level of destruction in Kharkiv is beyond belief. We interviewed a couple picking their way out of the rubble of their ruined apartment. Like so many others, they have nothing now.
Remnants of missile shelling on civilian block, at 8AM yesterday. "They wait for the curfew to end at 6AM, when people gather in lines outside stores. Then they start bombing again," local says of Russian tactics.
Ringing into our apartment after forgetting the key, our neighbour asks, "let's check, паляниця?" (the Ukrainian word used to check for Russian saboteurs as Russians can't pronounce it correctly). Did not pass the test.

I don’t even know what to make of this…
#Putin’s Chechen ally Ramzan Kadyrov has released footage of his fighters in #Mariupol — and its backdrop is the “Take Our Blood” nasheed, which is the de facto anthem of anti-#Assad Ahrar al-Sham in #Syria.

Newly released video showing Ukrainian artillery strikes the Russian-controlled Kherson airbase directed by TB2 drone on March 15.
The video also shows Ukrainian artillery and Bayraktar TB2 drones pounding Russian equipment.

According to sources in #Iraqi intelligence, #PKK is already on the ground in #Ukraine on #Russian side. And before, in 2020 they were in Karabach war on #Armenia side. Their only thing is insurgency (they are very very good at it) so we could predict their role there.
