すでに何度か書いておりますが、過去に新型コロナに感染した方もワクチン接種によってより強固な免疫を得ることができます。
後遺症の症状がワクチンによって改善・消失する、という報告も増えてきました。
副反応は未感染者よりも多くなりますが、ぜひ接種をご検討ください。

CDCから小児のワクチンの効果について新たな報告。
5-11歳でオミクロンに対して、感染予防効果(有症状または無症状)は14-82日後（中央値53日 IQR 34-61)に31%

確かにこの論文はこのような因子が全く考慮されていないので自分も判断保留。
ちなみにかつて負の効果がみられたとセンセーショナルに拡散された論文も後の解析で確認されなかった。

宝塚 CDC なる組織を自称する宮澤大輔氏、95%CI が0を跨いでいるのを「ワクチンの効果がマイナスに！！」と誤読しているという俄かには信じられないとんでもなさで、それを指摘したら何も言わずに削除しているのですが、こんな学部生未満の知識で「論文を他人に解説する」なんてもはや怒りを覚えます。

恒例の。ブースター接種後デイリー採血抗体価フォローアップ (n = 1)。
接種４日後あたりから抗体価が立ち上がり始め、１週間程度で２回目接種後のピーク値と同等程度の水準のピーク値となった。

3回目も打ってすぐには抗体価は上がりません。接種から7日程度は必要です。高齢者の場合はもう少し時間がかかるかもしれません。

抗体は7日後には上昇します（左図）。
イスラエルの研究では（δの場合）有意な発症予防効果が見られるまでに3回目接種から7日程度、ピークに達するのに10日程度かかるようです。

δやオミクロンに対する発症予防効果を調べた論文では初期の臨床試験のようなランダム化比較試験（RCT）を行うことが最早困難な為、test-negative designという手法を使うことが多いです。
この手法はまさに上記のような接種状況による陽性率の違いから発症予防効果を推定します。

デルタとオミクロンの組み換え体の存在を示す初めての確固とした証拠が出たようです。フランス、デンマーク、オランダ等で確認。現時点では感染性や病原性の評価は難しく、続報を待つべきです。今後メディアによるセンセーショナルな報道もあるかもしれませんが、冷静に対処すべきでしょう。
