Email messages are being blocked

Several of us that are part of the leadership of a non-profit organization (specifically, a District within Toastmasters International), keep getting some of our outgoing emails "blocked". This appears to be a fairly random ocurance with no rhyme or reason. I've found responses to similar issues, but they (a) are several years old, and (b) essentially say "it's not our fault" - which is <bleep>. The latest event, for example, was the result of one of my fellow district officers sending an email to my personal account - something that he'd already done multiple times that day. Since I did receive his other messages, I'm not inclined to believe the 'explanation' I've seen that "the receiving service has flagged this domain as spam" - or whatever other nonsense is being claimed. Furthermore, the responses I've seen appear to be directed towards IT 'professionals', and not to someone who's just trying to get a message out to a colleague so they can support the organization they've volunteered to lead.

Presumably when sent to you some people get " "the receiving service has flagged this domain as spam"", for example?

Is that correct?

If so, does your account end in @gmail.com? And what is the address of the sender (we only need the part after the "@")?

This account has been set up to allow the leaders of my Toastmasters District to communicate with each other, with our general membership, and with the general public. While we frequently include several individuals in the distribution list, we have another service we use for any "mass" mailings (when we send out our monthly newsletter, for example). Each officer is assigned a separate ID, but all end with the "domain" @d117toastmasters.org

Thanks for coming back, have a look at https://toolbox.googleapps.com/apps/checkmx/check?domain=d117toastmasters.org&dkim_selector= and use the help article sthere.

Are you aware that Google Workspace (using a domain name, not "@gmail.com" or a free Gmail account) administrators can usually get support from Google as follows?
 • Also 24/7/365 personal support could be available to the domain administrator, as part of the Google Workspace plan - see admin.google.com -> Support (Not available for Legacy Google Workspace accounts).
Individual users cannot be helped; they need to funnel all support requests through the domain administrator, who of course can contact Google if necessary, using the above resources. Please use those links in future for speedy service.

Hope this helps, take care!
