He didn’t intentionally target what he considered to be proper germans in general was probably what was meant by that and he really was scared of going after Germans broadly respected by the people around them, otherwise a lot more germans would have died.

The people quoted in video were Ukrainian people talking about how Hitler's forces spared Germans living in the countries they invaded
This account made an error in not underlining that point more clearly in the tweet. Was clear in the video that it related to invaded countries.
