国際女性デー。国会の女性の少なさは深刻なレベルだ。女性を遠ざけている要因の一つは選挙だと思う。私が経験してきた衆議院選挙での地上戦の激しさを考えると、女性に勧めるのを躊躇してしまう。衆議院の比例の順位なり、参議院の全国区なりで女性枠を考えないと根本的な解決にならないのではないか。
