When you log in you'll be able to see every tweet from ...
Noticed it for the first time a few days ago on a Chrome web browser. To get rid of this irritating pop-up request window, use the incognito or private mode of the browser and you should be able to browse all tweets you want. And using another type of browser to view tweets, also helps for me (for the moment)
Hey!
I recently took on content creation as a full-time job, and I absolutely NEED a Twitter to be able to run my "brand".
With all the recent views I've been getting, I've also received a lot of hate, and I guess one person took it too far.
I woke up on December 28th seeing that my Twitter had been suspended, and that my account was completely hacked in to. They changed my display name to "SheIdon T̶̶he Snlper" to (I guess) try and imitate "Sheldon The Sniper" who is an influential Crypto Trader and TA Analyst.
I saw that under my "Tweets & replies", the person who hacked into my account responded to some of (the real) Sheldon's tweets with some scam links, and I assume that's what got my account suspended.
The point is, I had nothing to do with the fact that my account was suspended, and so far I've put in 6 or 7 support tickets in the past 2-3 months. After the first support ticket, I received the email that it's "connected with your original case # so we've added it to that first report."
So far it's been around 3 months, and I've received no word from Twitter Support, but as stated before, I absolutely NEED a Twitter to be able to reach out to other creators, find editors, etc.
Is there anything else I can do other than wait and hope they respond? I did some research and from what I read, there is no other way to contact Twitter other than through their support ticket system (which obviously isn't that great in my case).
Any amount of help would be appreciated!
Thanks!
I answered someone's request for a solution to the current issue with Putin and the war he's waging. Said "Snipe him and his generals. Problem solved".
While that's obviously wishful thinking and definitely not something easy to do, I think it's pretty called for in the current context. Well, Twitter didn't think so and wishing death on a warmongering leader that is waging a war and threatening with nukes because he's an egotistical maniac is "against the policies".
And I got banned from FB for calling on the exact same thing but without the current context. I just said that warmongering leaders should be assassinated since war in the era of communication is fucking stupid.
This leads me to laugh a little at how garbage social media policies are at handling discussions that aren't in the spheres of unicorns and fantasy.
The best one I have found thus far is https://mobile.twitter.com/COUPSURE
Others?
Hi everyone! I had an idea today and decided to open a twitter account where I'll post daily topics for people to make lists about. It could be pictures, names, songs, whatever comes to my mind and of anyone who wants to help. I think it'll be nice if people got involved and it could make us notice little things of life. Like a journal, but more interactive. Want to know what you think about :)
oh, and it's @daily_list
Twitter refuses to show me worldwide trends. I have tried the languages switcheroo, but it didn't work. Just kept showing me the trends of the equivalent country, of the language I switched to. Or it just showed me "Trends for you".
How can I see worldwide trends?
Hey guys. Wondering if there has been any evidence of coordinated Russian disinformation attempts on Twitter amid Ukraine Crisis. Looking at comments in tweets, I think it could be possible to sow discord on both the right and left. Has there been any proof?
