*Shipping policy is updated and effective as of January 1st, 2022.

*With immediate effect from January 1st, 2022 onwards. All orders from China to Europe will require customers to provide a personal Tax ID number to be taxed on most goods and services in their country.

*All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification regarding tracking information when your order has shipped.

*Do note that we are unable to cancel shipped orders. We cannot retrieve the parcel once we have forwarded it to the courier company.

Additional: Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.

Currently, Revopoint 3D will ship your parcel from our local warehouse in the corresponding locations if you fall under these countries:

United States, Europe, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Germany, Spain, Japan.

Otherwise, all packages will be shipped from China.

"United States: Shipping to P.O boxes or APO/FPO addresses is not supported.
Our couriers only accept shipments to valid street addresses. They don't ship to P.O boxes. Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. The tracking number will be valid after 24 hours.

2. When will I receive my order?

Receiving from local warehouse: Within 2-5 business days.

After placing your order:

Your order will ship within 1-2 business days if ordered before 3pm on a weekday. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday (Eastern Time) will ship the following Monday.

The tracking information will automatically be emailed to you after your order ships. If you did not receive any tracking information but think your order should have shipped, please check your spam email folder to see if the email we sent is there.

*Parcel should arrive at your doorstep within 5 business days.
*Shipping from China: 5-10 business days

3. Order From Russia, Korea, & Italy

A Company Name is needed for orders to Russia.
A PCCC (Personal Customs Clearance Code) is needed for orders to Korea.
A FISCAL CODE is needed for orders to Italy.

4. Address Change & Related Procedure

In case of address changing, please contact the local carrier first. If your local logistics agency refuses your request, please send messages to customer@revopoint3d.com.

Process of Address Change:

(Customer) Sending new address to customer@revopoint3d.com → (Revopoint) Providing Payment Link for address change → (Customer) Pay & providing order number → (Revopoint) Contacting logistics agency to change address

Note:

1) The address changed shall be in the same country as the one you provided when placing your order, and our logistics agencies have no support for cross-border address changing service.

2) Address Change Fee:

Typically, the fee for address change varies from US$15 to US$50.
For remote areas, we will claim an additional charge of about US$50.
