世界的にみれば、日本は過去には、今のロシアのように加害者であったし、今はいわゆる前科者です。その国が、日本も侵略されたらと被害者的立場で、過去の侵略者に逆戻りするかのような軍事力増強や核武装を今声高に主張することは方向が違う。憲法9条を世界に広めることこそが日本の役割です。
