No. These are rockets. Fighter jets and SAMs can't destroy flying rockets. Anti-rocket system can, but Ukraine doesn't have those

Watched a video earlier today comparing Ukrainian and Russian forces. Ukraine’s Air Force is absolutely dwarfed by Russia’s.
I am only guessing that Ukraine has hid their SAM batteries so as to withstand the first Russian punch that would involve lots of cruise missiles…
