NATO has also moved to Lviv. Is Macron is playing the diplomatic card? In this case, your tweet is one upmanship and thus disappointing. I would suppose that the French embassy has 2 or 3 back up plans to move very quickly if the diplomatic road came to an end.

They’ll be fine. As unlawful as Putin’s invasion will be, the Russians have a somewhat better track record than the US with regard to respecting diplomatic posts and otherwise adhering to the Vienna Convention.
