I think those are just things she has said in the past, not from this particular stream per se. (But this just goes to show a history of this kind of behaviour, which makes it worse.)

I'm pretty sure the korean gamers gay is a joke. That list comes from a jp website and they video they posted along it is from around the same time the Tekken No Gay video came out but then again with the context of these other comments, I'm not sure anymore lmao

The comment about blacks (黒人) might refer to kokujin the 3s dudley player that she was on a podcast with. But apparently people haven't been able to find the source for that comment sooo I'm starting to question if she even said most of those things.
