Nothing new, they have been saying this since January. The staged Lavrov meeting and now this Peskov statement, seemS a set-up to shift the blame to NATO.

He has just basically shown that he may just take it, and now wants talk hard. Possibly demands without negotiations. We may have just entered the showdown. Oh what a time to be alive...
