is this safe at all?? i think its WAY too high even if the cat does like water

The water in this bath is FAR too high for this cat. Also for the tub. The water level is the top of the tub.
You don't want your cat's bath water above the middle of their legs, really, if you have to bathe them. If this cat panics, it can easily aspirate water into it's lungs and end up with an infection.
