What's 'breaking' here? It's already obvious Putin wants to strangle UKR by economic means. The latter is under threat of invasion, so "0" investment,high insurance rates on deals w/ UKR. BEL, which now is RU asset, blocks petroleum supply. Now it is sea blockade. Next? Gas cuts?
