女性ってこんな悔しい思いを当たり前の様に強いられて人生を歩んでいてキャリアにつくまでは男女同じ競争なのにその後に一方的にハンデを抱えるという矛盾と不公平なシステムの世界に生きていてそれがどんな気持ちかって事を殆どの男性が理解出来ていなくて僕も漸く今突然に理解が追いついて

ふと凄い事に気がついてしまったのです僕は離婚して1人親になり転勤を断ったり勤務体系で我儘を聞いて貰ったり学校行事で有給を沢山取得したりしていて一言で言うと子育てをする上で一部会社キャリアを犠牲にしていますしょうがない事と脳みそでは理解していても偶に心での理解が追いつかず

Please amplify this student response condemning the institutional complicity that enables and protects serial sexual harassers.

Students and others deeply affected and disadvantaged by academic hierarchies of power deserve better. Believe them.
