「性的な部分」からの解放

Freedom from the "sexual orientation and/or gender identity"

“少数だ”と考えられているのは、性的な部分です。しかし、それは、心のありようのひとつに過ぎないのではないでしょうか。まるで、"わたしという存在"が異質なのだと思い込んでいるのかも知れませんが、そうではありません。性的な部分が他人と違うから不幸だとは必ずしも言えない現実がある以上、社会において少数とされる性的な部分を殊更に意識せず、自分の人生をもっと自由で開放されたものにするべきです。なぜなら、人間としての自分は誰とも違いはなく、今、この瞬間はただ、性的な部分での差異を意識しているに過ぎないのですから。

It is the sexual orientation and/or gender identity that is considered "a few". However, isn't it just one of the ways of the mind? You may have the illusion that you are not normal, but that is not the case. Since there is the reality that it is not always unfortunate because of the different sexual orientation and/or gender identity from others, it should make one's life more free and open without being particularly conscious of the sexual orientation and/or gender identity that is considered to be a minority in society. Because, as a human being, you are no difference from anyone, and at this moment you are just conscious of the difference in the sexual orientation and/or gender identity.

社会の一員として暮らす

Living as a member of society

人は、一人では生きられません。一生をかけて、他人との関係性、そして、その総体としての社会で生きていくのです。自分は変わる必要はなく、社会が変わるべきだという主張もありますが、社会は簡単には変わりません。社会を変えたいのならば、まずは自分が自在に変化することが不可欠ではないでしょうか。性的な部分が少数とされる人に限ったことではないのですが、自ら、社会を逸脱し、不必要に異質な存在になることがないよう、この社会に溶け込み、一人の人間として地に足を付けた生き方をするしかないのです。

A person cannot live alone. Throughout the life, we will live in a relationship with others and in the society as a whole. Some argue that you don't have to change and society should change, but society doesn't change easily. If you want to change society, it is essential that you change freely. It is not limited to those who have the different sexual orientation and/or gender identity that is considered as “a few”, but as a member of the society, as a human being, so as not to deviate from the society and become an unnecessarily abnormal existence. I think that there is no choice but to live with feet on the ground.

自分が今、生きていることに誇りをもつ

Be proud of being alive now

生きる限り、辛いことや悲しいことに、心を痛めることの連続でしょう。しかし、それはあなただけに起こるのでしょうか。人が悩むのは当たり前のことです。そして、誰しも、何らかの目的や目標を持ち、不条理と理不尽の連続の中で、今を懸命に生き、そして、たまにある「良いこと」に幸せを感じています。他人と違うことに悩み苦しむのではなく、違うということに誇りを持つべきです。そして、誰もが違っているものを持っていることを理解し、互いの違いを尊重し合い、共に生きていくことが今を生きるということだと考えます。

As long as you live, it will be a series of painful and sad things that will hurt your heart. But does it only happen to you? It is natural for people to worry. And everyone has some purpose or goal, lives hard in the midst of absurdity and unreasonableness, and feels happy with the occasional "good things”. You should be proud of being different, not suffering from being different from others. And I think that living in the present is to understand that everyone has different things, respect each other's differences, and live together.
