I'm pretty sure if that were a real scenario. A Russian tank would have bombarded that position from an even longer distance than that. I'm not sure that video did them any favors.

The Tank can be seen from far away, A single man unit can hide anywhere. 6-8 man can destroy a full battalion before they are discovered and fired back
