内容は、
17歳の少年が、友達数人とバイクで友人を空港に送りに行った後、友達と別れ1人で帰っていると、暴走族がいて、その暴走族の仲間だと勘違いされた少年は警察に止められ事情聴取中に警棒で殴られています。

警察官は少年を殴った後、その場を離れ、少年は意識が朦朧とする中自分の手で救急車に電話をしたらしいです。
そして、病院に運ばれた後に手術を行い一命は取り留めたらしいです。ですが、右目を失明しています。彼は17歳です。これから長い人生右目の見えない状態で過ごさなきゃいけません

失明しているのにも関わらず、警察はその事実を隠蔽し、事故で済ませようとしています。
