大阪は役人天国でしたが国政は規制と補助金天国なので、それらを「２対１ルール」などで民業への足かせを取り除いていく施策を有権者は望んでいます。
規制は各業界団体の陳情に基づいているのでしょうが、それと一緒に仕込まれた囲い込み・参入障壁を除去していく取組が必要
