The Biden Admin will hold a series of frank talks with the Russians.

They did, the Russian response was “All these troops are on a ‘training mission’ and Ukraine should be banned from joining the one military alliance that would definitely kick our ass”. At this point the Russians are pushing for a war and Biden is pushing for lend lease.

You cannot remember Dr. King and dismember his legacy at the same time. To celebrate him is to support voting rights, a livable wage, and health care.

People ask me all the time, "What is it like to walk in Dr. King's shoes?"
I always tell them, I've never tried.
We don't need to walk in his shoes, we need to stand on his shoulders and meet today's moment.

In Harris County percentage-wise we’re rejecting 7 times more mail ballot apps than before, because of new TX voter suppression laws that create a maze of technicalities. Example: if you register to vote with your DL number but request a mail ballot with your SSN, you’re rejected

Personally, I feel like we’re entitled to expect our Supreme Court justices to be better role models. Or, at least, to have an ounce of decency. Putting on a mask would have cost Gorsuch nothing, but then he didn’t care about risk to front line workers, either.

Beans was always so happy. But she often had this like, just that she had seen things that no child her age should have to see and experience she has no child her age should have to have. Her eyes were so deep and telling. danafarber.jimmyfund.org/site/TR?fr_id=

I remember my mom took me to the polls when I was a kid, back when the booths were made of wood with cloth curtains on metal rings. I'll never forget what she said to me. "This is the one place I can use my voice where no man can stop me." Protect our voices. #VotingRightsAct

PSA for the men who need to hear this: when you condescendingly tell women how we should do our jobs & play by your rules (aka “mansplaining”) it strengthens our resolve to do the things we believe in, in our own way.
