Click on the offline device, then on the right top, choose the pen, and finally remove the device. Then you need to add it again manually like you did first time. It seems that this operation is necessary also when you loose internet in the house..

Yourmobile phone has to be connected to a 2.4gHz wifi. If still not able to connect, consider to factory reset the socket.

I have the same problem now after just replacing my WLAN router.
I'm not able to reconnect the smart plugs to any of my apps, neither Tuba, nor Smart Life works, neither on an Apple or an Android device.
During installation the blue blinking light turns off red nearly immediately when connection mode (either easy or AP mode) starts to count.
Also in auto mode while searching the plug it turns off red from blue blinking.
I really tried everything, factory reset of my router, reset of mobile phones, different smart home apps, nothing seems to help yet.
What I really wonder it just happened after WLAN router replacement while I had no problem to reinstal my other Koogeek smart plugs to the system (WLAN router).
May be someone else has a solution for me.
Thx
