New CDC guidelines will allow COVID+ healthcare personnel (HCP) with mild symptoms to continue working and treating patients.
This will occur when there is a staffing crisis of HCP.
Here is the update from the CDC:

HCP who were negative for Covid, but did NOT get vaccinated, were (more times than not) immediately fired.
HCP who ARE vaccinated, but ARE Covid+, with mild symptoms, can continue working and treating patients when a staffing crisis criteria is met, per the CDC guidelines.

Most hospitals currently do not meet “crisis” criteria, but DO meet “contingency” criteria.
Contingency criteria allows HCP to return to work 5 days after a positive test, even if HCP are experiencing mild symptoms (cough, congestion, etc).

I made a similar post earlier (it went viral) and was potentially too “charged,” yet factual. I can’t risk my employment being compromised this early in my career (this is a sensitive subject).
This updated thread is a neutral breakdown of facts.

they didnt ban unvaxxinated, they banned people with strength of character, those to whom medical consent, and the hippocratic oath was more important than their salary..
Why take authority at face value? Ignore stated aims or you'll get REKT.
