This Chinese knockoff ad makes me scratch my head. They copied everything, but worse. Even named the village Leftham? Remade the icons that were actually free CC0 icons. So much effort! Why not just download my trailer at this point? I'm so confused. A little bit flattered, too?

Want my honest opinion? I see these shitty ads on Facebook all the time and the number one question on it is “What game is this really?” People are pretty good at seeing these ads as bullshit and it might inadvertently bring more people to your game :)

It's a norm now, I see a ton of mobile crappy ads with stolen footage from various pc games like total war or bannerlord, just ignore it fam, chinese companies are known for stealing like that.

As I just said above... it worked. I went back and am now playing AoE2 remastered, after finishing all the single player bits of Rise of Nations. I'd never heard of this game before today. I have now... and I've still not even looked at the game the ads are supposed to be for!
