鬱病にも、長い間患われる方と、薬ですぐに改善できる方、数ヶ月で前向きになられる方等、色々いらっしゃるようです。 僕の場合、医師がすぐに「鬱ですね」と判断されるほどハッキリした悪い状況だったようですが、家族の協力もあり、今は改善しています。

「鬱病と適応障害は違う」というご指摘も頂きましたが、私は医者にかかった時、「適応障害で、解りやすく言うと鬱病になっています。」と言われました。 細かい定義は違うのだと思いますが、私は朦朧とした意識の中で、そう聞いたと覚えています。 間違いがあったのなら、お詫びいたします。

色々釈然としない部分がありますが、わかりました。 戻ってきたということは、適応障害が治ったということでよろしいでしょうか。 もし、治っていないなら一度引き返す事をオススメします。 治ったならば、まずは法的な問題の解決に向けた最大限の努力をお願いします。

今回の件で心が砕けた人、なけなしのモチベーションを奪われた人が多く居ます。 その人達のためにも、ゲートルーラー商品の発売に向けた動きよりも、まずは現状の改善を優先していただきたい。 治っているのならお願いします。

素人が患者と医者のやり取り、診断書の傷病名に口を出すのは違うと思うのですが、鬱にしろ適応障害でも良くなるようになさってください。
