I have had the power on issue for about six months now. I did a factory reset which I don’t think helped. I went in to the menu and turned fast start off to save energy when powering up the tv. This fixed the issue. I have not had to reset or unplug my tv since. I recommend anyone with power issues turn the fast start option to off under settings - power.

Is it easy to replace the power board?

If its under warranty they will send a technician out to do it.  It took the tech a couple hours, but I think they replaced a couple other components too just to be on the safe side.

Took me 30 mins or so. Very easy and TV is working fine again.

Same Thing Happened To Me, We're Just Going To Buy A New Tv And Its NOT Going to Be A Roku One.
