• Preface: Nijisanji’s Vox Akuma’s past life was the vtuber Calysto, preceded by a voice actor online by the name Vade. The connection between all identities will be showcased in a later section.

His past actions as Vade have a history of manipulation, gaslighting, mistreatment of coworkers, as well as flirting with minors as young as 12, as has been reported by both his old friends / coworkers and artists he had worked with.

Vox, alternatively Vade, VadeVA, Vadelith, Vadelyth, Vaderlyth, and Calysto, has previously built a following dubbing Undertale comics and collaborating with Starbot dubs. Starbot dubs was a shared channel with his close friend, but was seen to leave the channel after a series of misconducts he did detailed below.

Max out of Ten is another old friend of Vox, who discloses that he had initially attempted to defend him, but after he heard his account of the event as well as viewing the screenshots himself, declared that Vox / Vade is a creep and did not want to continue to defend him.

Lastly, Vox has made a dub of a comic with non-con as its main theme. Said comic is based off a fanfiction that includes tags such as “date rape”, “pedophilia” and “sexual abuse”.

Please note that Vox Akuma is extremely unlikely to ever acknowledge he is Calysto. However, a lot points to it and it is a fair assumption as of right now to presume they are the same person.

All of Calysto’s streams, videos and social media have been taken down from his channel soon before Vox’s debut. Calysto’s Twitter was only deactivated in December. Vade’s social media (Tumblr, Twitter) has been deleted as well.

In case you do not know Vox Akuma and have not listened to the voice comparison, both have a british accent.

Calysto is the same person as Vade, as when you check any video on the Calysto channel, you will see credits back to Vade’s old social media, and the channel used to be named Vade.

Other similarities are an interest in Runescape, Smash, voiceover, and film making, as mentioned here.

With growing evidence of the connection between Vox Akuma and the listed identities, it is hard to ignore the fairly recent actions that he has done. Please take caution in your support for Vox Akuma from Nijisanji, as one would like to separate a vtuber from the streamer, but at the end of the day, they are the same person who occasionally roleplays as a character for a setting and a face.
