German firm Gleiss Lutz is the latest major law firm to up its junior associate salaries in the region, boosting pay for its newly-qualified associates to up €150,000 and putting its rate ahead of Magic Circle and international rivals.
From January 2022, NQs at Gleiss Lutz will take home between €140,000 and €150,000, a 25% increase on their current salary of between €110,000 to €120,000.
