I was reading this physical book today. The physical copy that I have is missing a CD. See the CD on "page i" here: https://archive.org/details/humanbody0000walk_o8d6/page/n1/mode/2up .
The ISBN of the book that I have is 9780756645458, and on page 14 there is a typo: "Softer tissues are not visible,, since the X-rays pass right through them."
Page 15 is based and videopilled: "This capsule endoscope or video pill can be used to identify damage or disease inside the digestive system."
Looks like this digitized book has clearly visible JPG artifacts, even when I look in. That is a bit disappointing.
