COVID-19 Vaccination Registration and Reservation

Notice:

  1. After finishing the registration, please confirm your qualification for vaccination, and please notice that text messages will be sent to eligible recipients from 1922.You can also check your qualification and book the vaccination at the entrance of the vaccination site.
  2. Mixed vaccination is currently eligible only for individual whose first dose is AZ vaccine according to CECC announcement. If you have received AZ vaccine as first dose, you can agree and choose combination of mixed vaccines by clicking [Modify registration] after log-in.

Register

The system will be open to aged 12-17 who choose to be vaccinated at locations other than schools or are not enrolled at schools to register their willingness to receive the BNT vaccine.
 Please enter the number of your NHI card and the ID card No./UI No. contained in the NHI card.
If you don't have a NHI card, you can enter the entry/exit permit No. /passport No.
