一通り、コメントをみているが、本当にWhat ifを考えない方々がおおいですね。
Background Checkするときに本人の同意を得るのは当たり前なのにアメリカは同意もなく調査ができるとおもっている人が多い。
アプリケーションの提出の際の同意条件に記載されますよ。
