Request regarding ticket reception (lottery)

In this performance, we will implement a non-contact entrance method to prevent new coronavirus infections. Therefore, all tickets will be sold as electronic tickets using smartphones (paper tickets are not sold).

For this performance, each person is required to bring an electronic ticket. If you have a companion, please be sure to distribute the electronic ticket from Ticket Pia Cloak before entering the venue.

Regarding the personal information registered at the time of ticket purchase and electronic ticket distribution, we will track the infection route when a new coronavirus-positive person is confirmed by the performers, staff, and customers, and if necessary, public public institutions such as public health centers. If you have a ticket that is suspected of being resold, we may ask you to confirm your "ID card with face photo" at the time of admission.

Regarding your visit

When entering the venue on the day of the event, visitors are requested to operate their smartphones by themselves under the direction of the staff. Please be careful not to turn on your smartphone when you enter.

In order to alleviate congestion, we may set recommended admission times and restrict exit after the performance. Details will be announced separately.

If a high-priced ticket resale is discovered, we will conduct a rigorous investigation, and if a high-priced resale is discovered, regardless of whether the transaction has been completed or not, it will be sent to the seller or the purchaser. For whatever reason, we will refuse admission on the day of the performance or will immediately leave.

We are planning to implement a "resale" system that mediates the transfer of tickets at a fixed price if it becomes difficult to visit the venue due to unavoidable circumstances after purchasing the ticket. (A fee will be charged for use). However, we do not guarantee a refund of the ticket price that was put up because the transfer will be completed when there is an application for purchase.
