Ok so I bought this during a time when I was taking courses that required I memorize facts. This helped especially with anatomy and pharmacology! I was a little skeptical when I first purchased this program, since my mind seems to naturally skitter off in a million directions at once of its own accord. I just started listening to this program. I have had problems with depression for over 10 years.
