Kelly, you truly are a blessing from God. I have started listening to this every morning. I am experiencing more peace than I ever have in my entire life. Every morning I get up take a shower and ask God to help me take the garbage out and learn something new every day. Then I listen to this CD. At first i struggled trying to figure out what was being said in parts, but then I just focused on breathing and relaxing and the more i listen to this i am hearing the messages loud and clear. This CD helps me get God centered and he is revealing his will to me. I am truly seeing, hearing, and feeling God everywhere I go and everyone I come in contact with. The water that barely trickles out of my kitchen sink use to drive me crazy. Now when i look at it run it tells me to slow down and breathe and live in this moment that God gave me as a gift. My closed minded perspectives are changing everyday. Thank you so much for making this you life work. May the good Lord continue to bless your life. That is a huge statement considering I never believed in anything and refused to ever try.
This is the best CD! I bought a couple of Brailn Sync CDs, but this one I feel so close to God and I am able to pray to him and talk to him, and feel his love. I feel such a release from stress, regret, guilt, and anxiety. The music is wonderful. I wish you would make another CD with these same qualities. So serene and close to our creator. I love this track. I simply love it. This track has brought out dreams and visions that have made me excited to live. I was feeling stressed out and burned out about my career and my marriage. Through the meditation I was reminded that all of the things I have desired for myself and my family can and will happen - and that the tools to make them happen were already within my reach. I just didn't know how to access them. My faith in God and myself have increased tremendously. Thank you!

I bought this CD in the three pack "Unfold Your Potential" some years ago.
At the time of listening to this CD, I still harbored a lot anger towards an individual I used to room with. The mediation on this CD helped me release a lot of the anger and hurt from this break up. Now I check up on her from time to time, but I don't hold the amount of emotion that I felt towards her anymore. And this was after one time listening to this CD.
Going deeper into a trance-like state of meditation, you enter the mysterious Theta state where brain activity slows almost to the point of sleep, but not quite.
