It doesn't mean you will age well (like a woman I mean. most don't age well, but if you age differently, you're toasted) or that people will want to make a family with you.
I may be jealous of technology getting better, I may just be stupid, I don't know, here are my two cents.

Surgery sure have gotten a long way since 10 year when I question myself about transitioning. But I doubt society will adapt as well as body.
