Dr. Mojgan Hodaie
Faculty Advisor
Dr. Mojgan Hodaie is staff neurosurgeon at the Toronto Western Hospital, University Health Network, and holds the rank of Professor in the Department of Surgery, University of Toronto with expertise in stereotactic and functional neurosurgery.
Dr. Hodaie has a strong interest in neurosurgical education. She is the Greg Wilkins-Barrick Chair in International Surgery at University Health Network, supporting the goal of advancing surgical capacity globally. In addition, she is the Postgraduate Medical Education Director of Surgery, as well as Deputy for Education for the Division of Neurosurgery, University of Toronto.

Nikola is a first-year medical student at UBC. He is passionate about neuroscience and has a long-standing interest in surgery and healthcare education. Outside of academics, he enjoys exploring history and culture from around the world. He is excited to learn about the ongoing transformation of surgical education as it evolves to improve health outcomes on a global scale.
