  1. Appointment vaccination qualifications,please refer to the announcement of the Taiwan Centers for Disease Control
  2. Opening appointment time(BNT)：10/11 10:00 AM. ~ 10/13 12:00 PM.
  3. Opening appointment time(AZ)：10/12 10:00 AM. ~ 10/13 12:00 PM.

【NOTICE】

  1. Vaccination booking methods: NHI card+ card reader, or NHI Express APP + One Time Password, or make the appointment with your NHI card through convenient stores' kiosk machine, health centers and contracted health insurance pharmacies.

  2. Please read the vaccination instructions first. Download and fill in the evaluation form and the agreement and submit them to the staff of the vaccination site.
