我々の研究室では2008年ころから手術検体をつかって肺の細胞を分離する技術を持っています。ですがウイルスを実験に用いる技術はありません。今の今の実験は不可能ですが、共同研究は可能と考えています。

対PCRの感度は86.7％。陰性適中率は98.7％。陰性はほぼ陰性です。たしかに証明ではないですね。

そもそも症状というのは曖昧です。本当にこのようにDay0が症状が出た日なのでしょうか。その前の日は症状がなかったのでしょうか。そもそもそんなことを考えるのは意味があるのでしょうか。というQuestionへの答えが抗原検査を文字通りいつでもどこでも15分で使える環境の整備ということです。

あるいはこの人とコンタクトのあった人にはどういう連絡をすればよいのでしょうか。風邪症状でたのであなたも自己隔離して、私はPCRを明日受けるから、でいいのでしょうか。コンタクトの家族は？コンタクトのコンタクトは？コンタクトの子供は翌日に学校へ行っていいのでしょうか。

翌日にPCRをして陽性のコンファメーションです。もしあなたが夕方の5時に喉の痛みを感じたらどうでしょうか。そこから3時間以内にPCR検査の「結果」まで得られるでしょうか。得られずに翌日に予約が取れるにしても、それまではどう過ごすべきでしょうか。

この画像がいろいろなものを物語っています。上の写真の列は抗原検査でまさに妊娠反応試験と同じ検査方法です。TがSARS2感染、CはControlを意味し、しっかりサンプルが検出紙を通ったかを示しています。この方ははじめにちょっと喉の痛みを感じ（Sore throat）、同時に検査しています。陽性です。

I had a sore throat. LFT came back positive. I am double vaccinated but still days 2/3/4 were not fun. I don't want to know how this could have gone if I was not vaccinated. My take on it get vaccinated and use LFT, they can stop the spread.

検査陰性は陰性証明ではないと主張して何が実現できるのか知りませんが、陰性証明が得られないことは問題ではなく、問題は何％ミスるのか、その何％のミスがどれくらいの（経済的）損失になるのかを定量化することだと思います。
