ALL the top people involved knew that warrant was based on fake evidence from the fake Steele Dossier and other operatives working for Clinton. Sussman tried to get a second parallel investigation of Trump going based on the Alfa Bank server fake story. For that, it likely that Durham is about to indict him.

They left such an extensive paper trail behind them starting in 2015...at the FBI...at the CIA...at the State Department...at the White House...at Fusion GPS...at Perkins Coie...inside the Washington DC U.S. Attorney's office...inside the Clinton Foundation HQ in Arkansas...and several other places overseas...that Durham likely doesn't really need any of these goons to flip. He can prove what they did.

I've always been touched by the naivete of the people who assume every single time a person flips and agrees to cooperate with investigators in exchange for a lenient sentence that cooperation MUST*** appear in the sentencing filing. I know of **exceptions to that because I did my homework. Everybody telling you Clinesmith didn't cooperate didn't research what happens when you have others involved in the same crimes and you are still carrying out active investigations of these other targets. The DOJ is not required to tip these other targets off about their flipped witness cooperating with them in the sentencing filing.

How come I'm the only one telling you this?

If the person who flips is part of a massive criminal conspiracy that spanned the FBI, The Mueller SCO, the State Dept., Perkins Coie, Fusion GPS and the Clinton campaign, and that investigation is still ongoing and you are building cases against other targets in the conspiracy? You are NOT required to tip off all the other targets that this witness who just pleaded guilty is cooperating with you when he's sentenced in court. The DOJ actually has measures it can undertake to keep from tipping it's hand to targets of ongoing federal criminal probes. If you don't know what they are, you didn't do your research.

He told the FBI he wasn't "meeting on behalf of any client." Paperwork shows he was doing work on behalf of the Clinton campaign.
