There is no need for fees and service charges as it is operated by a nonprofit general incorporated association.
All of these services are free of charge. The crowdfunding company, unlike other services, does not charge a managing party CPJ. You do not need to make any settings such as return. Fundraising can be realized easily.

Case page creation method
If you create a case page, you can use the crowdfunding function etc. Also,
The creation method is very easy with the following three steps.*Please be sure to check the terms and conditions before using.
Create account on login screen.
Click "My Case Management" from the login menu.
Click "New Case Registration" and enter the case summary in the form.
Once approved, CALL4 will post a crowdfunding recruitment page.
Also, if it is chosen as a pickup case, a writer and a photographer will be dispatched from CALL 4 and a story page on the case will be created free of charge
This will help many people to know the background of the case.
Case page creation conditions
The conditions for case page creation are the following 3 points.

Condition 1
In principle, the case page must be created under the name of the plaintiff (including plaintiffs' support groups).
Creation in the name of a lawyer is requested to be an exceptional case.

The other party of the lawsuit is limited to the state / local government.
The other party of the lawsuit is limited to the state / local government. It is not available for lawsuits against private individuals (including large companies). In addition, criminal cases are limited to cases in which the interpretation and application of the law is in dispute (except in cases where there is a dispute in fact finding). We are considering expanding the scope by future operations, but for the time being we will limit to the above cases. Please understand.

However, we want to capture as wide as possible, so please consider using it if you think it is public.
