Guidance

The Human Rights Library collects and organizes books, videos, DVDs, exhibition panels, picture-story shows, and educational materials and information created by local governments, and provides them widely. The human rights library is open to the public and anyone can feel free to use it. There is also a free conference room that can be used for multiple purposes and can be used by anyone, and a space for displaying panels. It can also be used for inspections, training, comprehensive study and school excursions.

Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and the year-end and New Year holidays

Use of multipurpose space Monday-Friday 9: 30-17: 00 (can be extended to 19:30 by prior application)
Saturday 9: 30-16: 30 (advance application required. Only multipurpose space available)
